Foreign Minister Mrkic meets with the UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan PDF Print E-mail

Mrkic and MFA UAE_1In a very sincere and friendly meeting, the two Ministers agreed that the UAE Foreign Minister pay an official visit to Belgrade early next year. They jointly assessed that the two countries' relations have reached an unprecedented rise, primarily as a result of the friendship and common visions of Crown Prince Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic. In addition to discussing the ongoing projects, they also addressed new ones, a topic which will be further elaborated in the coming weeks. UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his gratitude for the relaxation of the visa regime and commended the Serbian state leadership for its policy towards Albanians in Kosovo and Metohija.

UN – Mrkic: Every letter of the Brussels Agreement must be respected PDF Print E-mail

Ivan MrkicSerbia is sending out a message that it wishes to implement what it has agreed to in the Brussels Agreement, but requests that both sides abide by every letter of the agreement, said Serbian Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic during the UNGA in New York.
"Both sides must respect every letter of the Agreement and that must be confirmed in practice, on a daily basis, so that we can move forward", Mrkic said.
