On 15 February, cultural events and activities held at Serbian diplomatic and consular missions worldwide, attended by foreign officials and prominent public figures, were organized to mark the National Day of Serbia.

The documentary film about Garibaldi volunteers in the Serbian army, who fought in the Battle of Cer at the outbreak of World War I, "Seven Men from the Drina River" was screened at Cinema Tiziano on 27 February. The Serbian Embassy and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spouses and Staff Association organized the film screening which was supported by the City of Belgrade Secretariat for Culture and Youth Theater DADOV.

Ambassador Dragan Zupanjevac gave an interview to Kenya's The Star daily newspaper. Discussing various topics ranging from the breakup of Yugoslavia, the issue of Kosovo and Metohija and sports, Ambassador elaborated on the depth of ties between Kenya and Serbia which established diplomatic relations 57 years ago.

At the initiative of the Serbian Embassy, the exhibition entitled "Ivo Andric – a Writer and/or a Diplomat", dedicated to the diplomatic career of Ivo Andric and his corresponding collection of literary works, was opened in the grand hall of the SKD "Prosvjeta" Library in Zagreb, on 21 February.

The Serbian Embassy in Ottawa was visited by elementary school students learning Serbian as an elective subject within the Ontario Ministry of Education. On the occasion of St. Sava's Day, the Embassy hosted twenty-nine children and some twenty parents.
