Yerevan: Culture Charters presented to Honorary Consul Simonyan and Ambassador Tanaskovic PDF Print E-mail

altHonorary Consul of Serbia in Yerevan Babken Simonyan received recognition "A Deserving Proponent of Culture" for his contribution to the development of literature, literary translation, culture and Armenian-Serbian ties" by the decision of the World Association of Performing Arts (WAPA). The same award, at the initiative of the Honorary Consul of Serbia in Armenia, was also given to Ambassador Darko Tanaskovic. Both charters were presented on 30 April at the Museum of Literature and Arts "Yegishe Charents" in Yerevan.

altKBC Ethiopian National Television broadcasted, on 25 April, an interview with Serbian Ambassador Aleksandar Ristic on a TV show called "Meeting KBC". The Ambassador was guest of the famous Ethiopian journalist and documentary filmmaker Tefera Gedamu, who has interviewed many world famous figures over the past decades and who enjoys a TV star status in Ethiopia. The interview was a good opportunity for representing Serbia to broader public.

Banja Luka: Consul General Nikolić awarded "The Golden Coat of Arms" of the City of Banja Luka PDF Print E-mail

altConsul General Vladimir Nikolic was awarded "The Golden Coat of Arms" at a ceremony marking the Day of the City of Banja Luka, held at the Banski Dvor Cultural Centre, on 22 April. The decision on the award was made by the City Assembly for outstanding contribution to the development of the City.
