dacic -_mijatovicIn his capacity as the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met with OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media Dunja Mijatovic, in the margins of the international conference on protection of safety and integrity of journalists in the OSCE region. The two interlocutors and Minister of Culture and Information Ivan Tasovac opened the event in Belgrade today.

Ivica DacicFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic condemned most vehemently the threats addressed to Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic that have appeared on the social networks today.
Minister Dacic stressed that the threats could not stop Serbia on its right track. The First Deputy Prime Minister also pointed out that he expected that all the relevant organs should investigate the threats issued against the Prime Minister to ascertain who made them.

djentiloniFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic will host Mr. Paolo Gentiloni, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Italian Republic, on 31 March. Minister Gentiloni’s visit to Belgrade is an important bilateral visit, for Italy has so far extended its full support to Serbia with the aim of opening the negotiating chapters in the shortest possible time, whereby Serbian reform efforts made so far would be recognized, and Serbia’s constructive influence in the Western Balkan region would be reaffirmed.

Dacic: Close ties among all world countries vital for fight against terrorism PDF Print E-mail

DFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic warned today in Vienna, where he attended the Austria-Western Balkans conference of Interior and Foreign Ministers, “Tackling Jihadism together”, convened on Austria’s initiative, that the fight against terrorism required close networking, and called for early detection of terrorist organizations. The Minister assessed that the Islamic State was allowed to strengthen, and that now a war was being waged against it.
