First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today Kishore Mahbubani, a highly influential expert in international relations, prominent diplomat and a former senior official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore who served as President of the UN Security Council twice, and is currently the Dean of the “Lee Kuan Yew” School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
