Assistant MFA Ambassador Miomir Udovicki opened the International Scientific Conference "Regional Cooperation and Reconciliation", organized by the Institute of International Politics and Economics in cooperation with the Japanese universities and the Japanese Embassy in Belgrade.

In addressing the Conference on behalf of MFA Ivan Mrkic, Ambassador Udovicki emphasized that the promotion of good neighbourly relations was one of the priorities of our foreign policy, and that without reconciliation, willingness to forgive, admission of our own mistakes and compromises in resolving the outstanding issues, there could be no progress in the improvement of good neighborly relations.
