Ivica Dacic - Herbert Raymond McMasterOn the second day of his visit to Washington D.C., First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic participated in a joint meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs from the WB region with U.S. National Security Advisor Herbert Raymond McMaster. The meeting was held at the White House.

U.S. commitment to the preservation of regional stability and progress of all countries from the region was emphasized in the meeting, as well as the readiness to intensify cooperation.

"The aim of today's meeting was sending the message that the United States wanted regional stability and progress for all in the Western Balkan region.

Everyone expressed their point of view in the meeting. I particularly underlined that there would be no stability in our region if the United States failed to find a common interest with Serbia and the Serbian nation – i.e. with the largest country and the most populous nation in the Balkans, and that it was necessary for us to seek the lowest common denominator as far as joint interests are concerned, in order to contribute to the stability of the entire region", Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said after the meeting.
