Serbia and Bulgaria established a preliminary list of the bilateral agreements in force for the period 1955-2017

Srbija-Bugarska-bilat-ugovori-55-17The first round of consultations concerning consolidation of the contractual status between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Serbia was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, Sofia, 10 November 2017.

The two countries' delegations, led by Mr. Danail Chakarov, Acting Director of the International Law and EU Law Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria and Mr. Slavoljub Caric, PhD, Head of the International Legal Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, established a preliminary list of the bilateral agreements in force for the period 1955-2017.

In the next round of consultations, which is to be held in Belgrade, in April 2018, the two sides will determine the final list of the bilateral agreements in force.
