Press conference by Minister Dacic for OctoberFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic announced at today's press conference the official visit to Serbia of Witold Waszczykowski, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, to take place on 30 September. The Minister added that the Foreign Ministers of Russia and Turkey Sergey Lavrov and Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu were expected to visit in October, as well as James Appathurai, Deputy Assistant of the NATO Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy.

Minister Dacic meets with the MFA of TunisiaFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia Khemaies Jhinaoui met yesterday on the margins of the 71st session of the UN General Assembly. The Ministers agreed that the two countries' good relations dated back to the times of the former Yugoslavia, but that there was room for improvement of the cooperation, both in terms of bilateral relations and at the level of international organizations. Minister Dacic thanked Tunisia for its support regarding the issues important for Serbia, and expressed the readiness of Serbia to reciprocate support.

njujork trilaterala_srb_bih_tur_23920162A trilateral meeting between Serbia, Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina was held at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs, on the margins of the general debate of the 71st United Nations General Assembly session. The Ministers agreed that good relations among the three states should be developed, that they mutually supported the European integration process and they particularly highlighted that it was necessary to strengthen economic cooperation and to support Turkey's proposal regarding the work on the implementation of projects in the areas of infrastructure, transport, energy, agriculture and tourism.
