Minister Dacic meets with new Ambassador of South KoreaFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Yoo Dae Jong, who assumed his duties in the Republic of Serbia in early December.

In a cordial conversation, both sides expressed readiness to further intensify the political dialogue and strengthen their overall relations in all areas, at both bilateral and multilateral levels.

The officials recognized there was a significant potential for the promotion of economic cooperation and a greater presence of Korean companies and investors in Serbia, as well as for the intensification of cooperation in culture, education and sports. The priority topics included the realization of incoming high-level visits.

Special gratitude was conveyed to the Korean side for the donations the Government of the Republic of Korea had made to Serbia so far.
