msp -_zgradaIn defiance of the standard diplomatic practice and rules of conduct, Albanian Ambassador Ilir Bocka, after receiving instructions from Tirana, refused to call on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be handed the protest note of the Republic of Serbia over the serious incident in which Serbia national football team was attacked, with the explanation that “nothing has happened”.
