msp zgradaAccording to the information provided by the Russian Emergencies Ministry at the request of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Moscow, six workers of Serbian nationality have lost their lives in a fire which broke out on the Yamal Peninsula in Siberia, in a mobile settlement near the city of Salekhard (approximately 3,000 kilometres from Moscow). Analysis of the cause of the accident is still in progress and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expects a report as soon as possible.

nagrada 1The key role of OSCE as a bridge-builder and a peacemaker was recognized today, said Ministers of the OSCE Troika and the OSCE Secretary General as they accepted the “Ewald von Kleist Award”, on the margins of the Munich Security Conference. For the first time in the award’s history, it was granted to an organization rather than an individual.
