At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, on 12 May 2015, Acting Assistant Foreign Minister, Ambassador Goran Aleksic and Ambassador Teresa Indjein, Deputy Director of the Sector for Culture and Politics and Head of the Department for Fundamental and Legal Issues and Agreements in the Field of Culture at the Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Austria, signed the Programme of Cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Austria in the fields of culture, science, youth, women's rights and sports for the 2015-2019 period.

Travel warning for Macedonia |

Given the current volatile situation in the Republic of Macedonia following the showdown between Macedonian police and members of an armed terrorist group, Serbian nationals are not advised to travel to the Republic of Macedonia. Serbian nationals intending to return home from Greece should use alternative routes via Bulgaria, although there is a possibility of being held up at the border for a longer period of time. For updates, Serbian nationals may contact the Embassies of the Republic of Serbia in Skopje and Sofia, as well as the Consulate General in Thessaloniki. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will continue to closely monitor the situation and regularly inform the public.
