mspDue to inaccurate reports appearing in various media, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, speaking at the conference "Yalta-Potsdam-Helsinki-Belgrade: In Search of Secure World Order", made no mention of Donbas at all, nor any other part of Ukraine for that matter, nor did he refer to it in connection with Kosovo.
