MINISTER JEREMIĆ ATTENDS NAM SUMMIT
Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić travels today to Egypt where he will attend a three-day Summit of Non-Aligned Countries.
During the Summit, Minister Jeremić is also due to have separate bilateral meetings with the Foreign Ministers of Egypt, Lebanon, Kuwait, Morocco, Thailand, People`s Republic of China, Qatar, Ecuador, Singapore, Chile, Oman and Kenya.

MINISTRY’S STATEMENT CONCERNING RIOTS IN XINJIANG PROVINCE OF CHINA
In the wake of the riots in the Xinjiang autonomous region of China, the Republic of Serbia reiterates its principled support for the policy of “one China” and its respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the People’s Republic of China. Serbia fully supports the PR of China’s policy of a common and harmonious inter-communal life in that country and it appreciates the efforts made by the Beijing government towards that end.
Serbia condemns any violence and opposes ethnically motivated separatist attempts, calling for the resolution of all controversies by peaceful means. It deplores the loss of life in this autonomous region and upholds the efforts of Chinese authorities aimed at defusing the situation in the province.

Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic travels tomorrow to Libya where he will attend the African Union Summit.
During his visit to Sirte for the AU Summit, Minister Jeremić is also due to have bilateral meetings with the Foreign Ministers of Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Sudan, Botswana, Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Mali, Niger, Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique, Namibia, Ghana and Gabon.

Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić will go on a one-day bilateral visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan tomorrow.
During his stay in Baku, Minister Jeremić will meet with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Chairman of Parliament Oqtay Asadov and Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.

MINISTER JEREMIC IN MEETING WITH FOREIGN MINISTRY’S COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS
Serbian Foreign Mnister Vuk Jeremic held a meeting today with the Foreign Ministry’s Council on Foreign Relations.
Minister Jeremic informed the Council about the activities undertaken by the Foreign Ministry and current foreign policy developments. During the meeting, the discussions focused on the European integration process, visa liberalization and the measures taken by the Foreign Ministry and other state authorities to prevent further recognitions of the unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo and Metohija.
During the meeting, Minister Jeremic elicited the Council’s views regarding these extremely important issues figuring high on the list of Serbia’s foreign policy activities.

FOREIGN MINISTER JEREMIC VISITS DENMARK
Serbian Foreign Affairs Vuk Jeremic will pay tomorrow a bilateral working visit to the Kingdom of Denmark.
During his visit to Copenhagen, Minister Jeremic will meet with the Foreign Minister of Denmark Per Stig Moller, as well as the Chairperson of the Foreign Policy Committee of the Parliament of Denmark Gitte Lillelund Bech.
Ministers Jeremic and Moller will sign tomorrow in Copenhagen the Agreement on the Avoidance of Double Taxation.
