Minister Dacic receives the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Angola

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today a courtesy call from the Ambassador of the Republic of Angola in Belgrade Alcino dos Prazeres Izata Francisco da Conceicao, on the occasion of the start of his tenure.

Minister Dacic welcomed the Ambassador and wished him a successful diplomatic mission in Belgrade expressing his belief that as the new Ambassador of Angola he will contribute, by his personal engagement, to further improvement of the overall relations between the two countries.

Serbian Foreign Minister expressed special gratitude for the strong and unwavering support of Angola concerning the issue of preserving the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia, as well as for the support extended to us within international organizations.

In the cordial talks, they discussed the topics of special importance and reaffirmed mutual interest in the promotion of bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Ambassador of Angola Alcino dos Prazeres Izata Francisco da Conceicao thanked Minister Dacic for the welcome and confirmed Angola's firm position on the issue of non-recognition of the unilateral declaration of independence of "Kosovo".
