First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received a courtesy call from the new Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the State of Israel to the Republic of Serbia Yahel Vilan.

The two sides concluded that bilateral relations and the achieved level of cooperation between Serbia and Israel were excellent and expressed readiness to continue activities to further strengthen and deepen them, on the basis of mutual respect and appreciation.
The two interlocutors agreed that the exchange of visits and the promotion of political dialogue will make an additional contribution to the further development of comprehensive cooperation between the two countries. They both stated that there was plenty of room for the promotion of cooperation, especially in the fields of economy, science, culture and education.

Minister Dacic wished the Ambassador of the State of Israel success in his tour of duty and a pleasant stay in the Republic of Serbia.
