Minister Dacic confers with Russian Ambassador Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Serbia Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko.

The two collocutors discussed perspectives of further bilateral cooperation, with a special focus on activities aimed at enhancing economic relations between the two countries.

The discussion revolved around the upcoming preparatory meeting of the Serbian-Russian Intergovernmental Committee on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, co-chaired by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yury Borisov, to take place in Moscow on 20 December 2019.

The two sides expressed satisfaction with the dynamics of top and high-level meetings between the Republic of Serbia and the Russian Federation and jointly acknowledged the upward trend in the development of cooperation which is fully in line with the friendly ties between the two countries.
