Farewell visit of Ambassador of the Slovak Republic

Today, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic has received the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic, Ms. Dagmar Repcekova, whose term in the Republic of Serbia comes to an end in mid-December.

It has been mutually noted in cordial talks that close and friendly relations between our two countries had a long historical tradition and emphasis was placed on the need to deepen and further enhance them in all areas of mutual interests, especially in the economic field.

Pleasure has been expressed regarding the achievement of intensive and continued political dialogue in all areas between the two countries and willingness for its further continuation has been conveyed.

Minister Dacic extended his gratitude for continued support of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Serbia in the European integration process and, especially, the Slovak Republic's principled support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia.

Ambassador Dagmar Repcekova extended her gratitude to Minster Dacic for cooperation, emphasizing that her term had been marked by a conviction in the strong friendship between the two countries and peoples, apart from good relations between the two countries and successful and constructive cooperation with the officials and institutions of the Republic of Serbia.
