Ambassador Dejan Ralevic, Acting Assistant Foreign Minister for the European Union, had talks today with Mr. Nils Engelsen, Director-General for European Affairs at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Relations between the Kingdom of Norway and the Republic of Serbia were discussed, with particular emphasis on the state of affairs in the European integration process and the challenges facing the Republic of Serbia.

The importance of the Kingdom of Norway's support in the European integration process of the Republic of Serbia, as well as bilateral development assistance provided by Norway in that process, was particularly emphasized. The talks also covered regional co-operation in the Balkans, as well as the latest initiatives to strengthen it.
