First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic received today the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Serbia, Thomas Schieb.

On this occasion, it was jointly assessed that the bilateral relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Federal Republic of Germany were very good and were characterized by developed cooperation in many fields. Regular and intense dialogue between the high and top-level representatives of the two countries contributed to the quality of relations.
During the meeting, satisfaction was expressed over an excellent economic cooperation, with the expectation that it would be further intensified.

The head of Serbian diplomacy reaffirmed Serbia's commitment to European integration and expressed satisfaction with German support in the process.

The collocutors also exchanged views on the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, as well as on the current situation in the region.
