Minister Dacic met with Federico Pineda, Provisional President of the Argentine Senate

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today with Senator Federico Pineda, Provisional President of the Argentine Senate, who is heading the Argentine delegation to the 141st Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union which is being held in Belgrade from 13 to 17 October.

The Serbian Foreign Minister welcomed his distinguished guest from Argentina, a country which is our major partner and a true friend in Latin America.

In the cordial and friendly talks, both sides noted high level of bilateral relations, convergence of positions and mutual support in connection with the respect of territorial integrity of states. Moreover, both sides confirmed their readiness to develop further all forms of cooperation, primarily in the field of economy as well as to identify ways to increase the volume of trade between the two countries.
