First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic received today Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Dimas Jesus Alvarenga Guerra.

The two collocutors discussed current issues in the field of bilateral relations as well as possibilities for their deepening by way of expanding the contractual and legal framework, i.e. by concluding agreements that are already submitted in the procedure and by harmonizing new draft texts.
Referring to the longstanding friendship and mutual understanding, based on our countries' shared commitment to respecting international law and its principles, both sides reaffirmed their mutual readiness to continue strengthening cooperation both on bilateral and multilateral levels.
