Minister Dacic meets with Ambassadors of the Republic of Serbia

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with Ambassadors of the Republic of Serbia.

The Head of Serbian Diplomacy spoke with Ambassador of Serbia to UNESCO Tamara Rastovac Siamashvili, Ambassador of Serbia to the Czech Republic Vera Mavric and Serbian Ambassador to Iran Dragan Todorovic.

In separate meetings with each Serbian Ambassador, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic briefed our Ambassadors in detail on the situation in Kosovo and Metohija as well as on the unilateral acts made by Pristina which resulted in the abrogation of the dialogue and blocked the Brussels process and possibility for reaching a compromise solution. Also, Minister Dacic informed Ambassadors of Serbia about the talks he had with top officials of other countries in the past period. Minister Dacic reiterated Serbia's foreign policy priorities and instructed them to enhance their activities in line with Serbia's national interests.

Ambassadors elaborated Minister Dacic on the situation in the countries they were accredited to, with special emphasis on Serbia's bilateral relations with those countries, as well as on the enhanced activities aimed at strengthening the Republic of Serbia's position on a multilateral level, especially in the upcoming period in which Pristina would apply for membership in numerous international organizations.
