Minister Dacic meets with Ambassadors of the Republic of Serbia

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met today at the Foreign Ministry with a number of Ambassadors of the Republic of Serbia.

The Serbian Foreign Minister had talks with Serbian Ambassador to Portugal Oliver Antic, Ambassador to Austria Nebojsa Rodic, Ambassador to Albania Miroljub Zaric, Ambassador to Nigeria Djura Likar and to the Head of the Serbian Permanent Mission to the Council of Europe, Ambassador Aleksandra Djurovic.

The Foreign Minister informed in great detail the country's Ambassadors about the situation in Kosovo and Metohija and the unilateral acts made by Pristina which resulted in the dialogue and talks being halted. Furthermore, Minister Dacic informed the Serbian Ambassadors about the meetings he had with top officials of other countries in the previous period. In separate meetings with each Serbian Ambassador, the Minister reiterated the foreign policy priorities of Serbia and instructed them to increase their activity in the context of Serbian national interests.

The Ambassadors described in detail to Minister Dacic the situation prevailing in the countries where they serve as representatives of Serbia, particularly focusing on Serbia's relations with the respective countries, but also about the prospects for an intensified deepening of relations at the multilateral level.
