First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic had talks with Foreign Minister of Dominica Francine Baron, on the fringes of the 49th General Assembly of the Organization of American States.

In the substantive talks, the two collocutors underlined the friendly ties existing between the two countries and peoples, stressing the need for further development of bilateral relations.

Further steps to promote cooperation were agreed and concrete sectors of collaboration in the areas of agriculture and education were defined at the meeting.

Minister Dacic thanked his counterpart for the principled position of her country concerning the respect for international law and territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia.
The two Ministers agreed on future meetings as well as on the exchange of high-level visits.
