State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Toncev met today with Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Serbia Radko Vlaykov, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.

The collocutors noted the high quality of bilateral relations existing between the two states, characterized by a good cooperation and an intensified political dialogue.
Furthermore, the meeting was an opportunity for a tête-à-tête examination of modalities and specific areas with a potential for further promoting the Serbia-Bulgaria cooperation, such as culture, science and education. They focused in particular on concrete cultural cooperation programs.

The meeting also discussed multilateral cooperation in the context of activities related to the work of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).
