Dacic - LutterottiFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today a courtesy call from newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to the Republic of Serbia Nikolaus Lutterotti.

Welcoming the new Austrian Ambassador, Minister Dacic said that he was pleased with the good bilateral relations characterized by frequent high and top-level meetings and also with the highly developed economic cooperation.

The Serbian Foreign Minister conveyed his belief that the new Austrian Ambassador, through his efforts, would contribute to the further promotion of all-round relations between the two countries.

Ambassador Nikolaus Lutterotti was thankful for the warm welcome extended him, noting that he was happy that Serbia was the country where he would perform his duties.

He underlined that, to Austria, Serbia was the most important partner in the region, and that Austria would continue to support Serbia on its European path.

He underscored in particular that a few weeks ago Austria presented the priorities of its Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the second half of 2018, and that the enlargement of the European Union would be among these priorities.
