Copenhagen: Songs about Serbia for children in the diaspora
+ larger fontnormal font- Smaller font
altOne of the priorities of the Serbian Embassy in Copenhagen is to tirelessly work to strengthen ties with the Serbian community in the Kingdom of Denmark. On 2020's final day, Director of the Children's Cultural Centre of Belgrade Dragan Maric delivered gifts to teacher Ksenija Maricic who runs a Serbian language supplementary school.

The Children's Cultural Centre of Belgrade prepared verses and tunes on one's love for homeland, as performed by Minja Subota, Ljubivoje Rsumovic, the Choir of the Children's Cultural Centre and Slobodan Stanisic. In addition to studio recordings, the project also includes lyrics and music backing tracks enabling every child to easily learn and sing songs about Serbia with the pre-recorded musical accompaniment.

The gifts include a drama about Prince Marko (Marko Kraljevic) in Serbian and English so that children can renew their knowledge of, or begin learning the Serbian language through a knight's tale.
