he World Association of Performing Arts has decorated Honorary Consul of Serbia in Armenia, author Babken Simonyan, for his great contribution to the development of literature, literary translation and publishing.
On 22 November in Yerevan, Honorary Consul of Serbia Simonyan received a "Movses Khorenatsi" gold medal which was named after an Armenian historian and chronicler from the 5th century.
Babken Simonyan expressed his gratitude for receiving the highest recognition and presented one of the jewels of Armenian literature that he had translated to Serbian.
