The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Copenhagen organized an event for Serbian diaspora children and their families. Minja Subota and Leontina sang the most popular children's musical hits. The audience was also greeted by Ambassador Jasmina Mitrovic Maric.

In addition to attending the spectacular performance, the children from the audience were gifted CDs published by the Children's Cultural Centre Belgrade, with musical scores from the Belgrade Children's Spring Festival and the most beautiful songs about Belgrade – The Story of Belgrade is Wonderful.

Following the concert, the children and their parents continued to socialize in the Embassy's garden. One of the Serbian Embassy priorities is to work with the diaspora, primarily with youth and children, since many of them were born in Denmark and need to be in constant touch with Serbia in order to perceive their country of origin as their own, and thus preserve the essence of their national identity.
