The Assembly of the Association of Serbian doctors and dentists in Germany was held on 14 September in the Consulate General Düsseldorf. Following the election of new leadership, Dr. Jelena Cucuz held a professional presentation on the subject "The effects of antibiotics – resistance".

Consul General Branislava Perin said that Serbian doctors belonged to the expatriate community's elite and were thus responsible for representing their country in Germany. She also briefly referred to the activities undertaken by the Consulate General in an effort to strengthen and deepen the ties with North Rhine-Westphalia in the political, economic and cultural fields.

The Consul General invited the doctors to submit to her their proposals as she prepared for a meeting with German institutions to discuss the problems that foreign nationals encounter on the German labor market.
