A UNESCO delegation, comprising also a representative of Serbia, Vice-Chairperson of the Executive Board Tamara Rastovac Siamashvili, met with French President Emanuel Macron and offered support for the reconstruction of Notre Dame Cathedral. The representatives of this organization conveyed solidarity and support of the international community to the French President in overcoming the consequences of fire that ravaged this Paris cathedral, belonging to the world cultural heritage.

UNESCO Executive Board adopted a statement on the Notre Dame fire on 16 April.
