altAmbassador Goran Aleksic granted an interview to Radio Radicale on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of NATO bombing against Serbia and the FRY.

"The bombing of Serbia cannot and must not be forgotten as well as that the decision was made without the authorization of the UN Security Council and that Serbia sustained extensive loss of life and material damage. Today, Serbia is a modern and stable country looking to the future with European integration perspective and maintaining good relations with traditional partners", Ambassador said.

He also explained the current situation in Kosovo and Metohija, security problems faced by Serbian and non-Albanian populations and the precarious economic situation. A segment of the interview was related to the negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina and Belgrade's efforts towards normalization of relations in compliance with the undertaken obligations.
