In an interview for politics and economy portal Bacuri Brasil, Ambassador Veljko Lazic discussed potential for economic cooperation with Brazil and conveyed his expectation that the period to come would see an increase in the volume of trade in goods between the two countries. He underlined in particular the benefits of Serbia as a signatory to free trade agreements with many countries and economic blocs, offering potential investors access to a market of over 1 billion consumers.
