altThe Nikola Tesla Museum exhibition entitled "Tesla, Work, Spirit and Vision" opened on 1 March in Nicosia, in a live coverage on Cypriot Omega TV channel.

The exhibition was formally inaugurated by Serbian Ambassador in Cyprus Marko Blagojevic and by Director of the Nikola Tesla Museum Ivona Jevtic, in the presence of many figures from public and cultural life of Cyprus, diplomatic corps, Bishop Gregorios, personal envoy of the Archbishop of the Church of Cyprus, and members of the Serbian community.

In his introductory remarks, Ambassador Blagojevic underlined that all visitors of the exhibition are bound to ask themselves the same question once they had toured it – how it was possible that one of the greatest minds of our age did not feature in history textbooks across the world and in compulsory school education.

Ivona Jevtic, Director of the Museum, thanked everyone who helped the first mounting of the exhibition in Cyprus. She added that touring exhibitions and collaborating with countries and cities world-wide were an excellent opportunity to present the famous work of Nikola Tesla, the greatest scientist of all time.

The exhibition is sponsored by the Cyprus-based Exagon Exhibits, and will be on public view until 21 April 2019, in the framework of a fair in Nicosia.
