At the invitation of the Children and Youth Support Organisation (CYSO/"Pomoć deci"), Serbian Ambassador Miroljub Zaric took part in a closing conference for a project "Active youth of Albania and Serbia together for social inclusion" held in Kukës on 27 February. The 9-month project was funded by Vranje, Bujanovac, Bicaj and Kukës local offices of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO).

Ambassador addressed the youth activists underlining their role as a bridge of cooperation between the two countries and the importance of them forging new friendships. He also pointed to the progress having been made at the bilateral economic level, illustrating it with statistics on the volume of trade in goods, and noted that many opportunities were available for youth cooperation in education, sports and culture.



The Albanian media outlets widely covered the youth conference and the participation of Serbian Ambassador, as ABC News, Report TV and Top Channel aired extensive reports and RTV Ora News repeatedly covered the event in its news programmes.
