Serbian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Stanimir Vukicevic gave an interview to "Our Bureau" and spoke about the key diplomatic steps of Serbia in cooperation with the Emirates. In his interview for the news portal from Dubai, the first Ambassador of Serbia to the UAE talked about economic relations, announcing the signing of the interstate agreements that will make life easier for the citizens of Serbia working in the Emirates, and explained how Embassy, as an institution, could provide its assistance to diaspora.

The text carries that the Serbian Diaspora in the UAE welcomed an informal meeting with Ambassador Vukicevic, held in Dubai last month, and that many of the dilemmas of concern for diaspora were resolved on that occasion.

The Ambassador said that the image of Serbia in the UAE was changing, and that each of the Emirati citizens who went to Serbia came back with the words of praise.

"The fact that "Etihad", "Mirabank", "Al Dahra" and Masdar Institute operate in Serbia, speaks of Serbia truly being the partner of the Emirates. It is of huge importance for Serbia that the private investors increase their activities in Serbia", Ambassador Vukicevic underlined.
