altAt the invitation by Pyotr Fyodorov, member of the Executive Board of the European Broadcasting Union and Director of the Directorate for International Relations of the All Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTR-RTR), Ambassador Slavenko Terzic participated in the show "Serbs serving their tour of duty in Russia" on "FM News" Radio, which was broadcast live, on 26 November.

During a one-hour interview, Ambassador Terzic spoke about well-known Serbs and those less known to the public, who, through centuries, held senior positions in Russia, leaving a significant mark on the military, science, culture, diplomacy, and so on. He also emphasized the great role that Serbs played in the creation of modern Russia, starting with the Serbian Monk Lazar from Mount Athos, who in 1404 made and set the first clock on the walls of the Moscow Kremlin. He also mentioned numerous examples of the centuries-long presence of Serbs in the territory of the Russian Empire, especially their participation in wars, as evidenced by the decorations and noble titles conferred on them for merit. A shorter part of the interview was dedicated to the current situation in Kosovo and Metohija and the imposition of a 100% levy on products made in central Serbia, which Pyotr Fyodorov assessed as an "economic form of ethnic cleansing".

The Ambassador also referred to the current relations between Serbia and Russia and concluded that, thanks to deep and close ties created throughout centuries, contemporary bilateral relations were excellent. In the context of celebrating 180 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries, Ambassador Terzic mentioned the recent exhibition of documents in the Archive of Yugoslavia, "Serbia - Russia, Yugoslavia - USSR", opened by Minister Ivica Dacic and Russian Ambassador Alexander Chepurin.
