Moscow: A National Museum of Kraljevo presentation about Serb-Russian ties |

![]() In a slideshow presentation, museum counsellors Suzana Novcic and Tatjana Mihajlovic informed the guests about the architecture and art of Serbian mediaeval 13th century monasteries built in the Ibar River valley. Senior curator-historian Mirjana Savic gave an overview of a century (1918-2018) of Serbs and Russians living together in Kraljevo, as well as traces left by people from Kraljevo in Russia. Also showcased was the contribution of Russians to the development of education, art and trade in Kraljevo, particularly in the period between the two World Wars. The presentation also illustrated the contribution of the Russians to the public life in Kraljevo and the participation of the Soviet Red Army in its liberation. |
