On 22 August 2018, the Buenos Aires Café Tortoni was venue of a cultural event about Serbia, organized in the context of the fourth "Diplomatic Café" cycle "Images and Flavours of Serbia". The visitors were able to enjoy the Serbian-style breakfast and to acquaint themselves with the customs related to celebrating the family patron saint's day, while they were welcomed with quince preserve and pogacha.

The event included the screening of two videos about Serbia and a recital of poems by Desanka Maksimovic and Aleksa Santic, while a local radio station broadcast this introduction of Serbia.
