The Embassy of Serbia participated in the Second State Seminar on Slavonic Languages, held at the Floreal Gorini Cooperative Cultural Center, sponsored by the Argentina-based Dostoevsky Association and by the Slavonic Literature Department of the Buenos Aires University Faculty of Philology. The seminar brought together students, professors and admirers of Slavonic literature.

During the lecture, the participants read poetry in original Slavonic languages, and their Spanish language translations. Serbia introduced itself with the poetry of Desanka Maksimovic, read by the Embassy's representative Ivana Arsenic. The students expressed interest in the history and literature of Serbia.
