Tasting of the traditional products of Serbian cuisine was organized at the residence of the Republic of Serbia in Paris, on 14 June. The famous French chef Cyril Rouquet-Prévost prepared dishes before the guests, using Serbian ajvar (red pepper chutney) in a creative way. The presentation was accompanied by the sounds of traditional Serbian music.
Serbian ajvar, fruit juices, jams and slatko (fruit preserves), made according to the traditional recipes, are being sold on the French market.
