Consulate General of Serbia in Herceg Novi is one of the sponsors of the 23rd Annual Theater Festival in Herceg Novi – HAPS, which opened on 16 April in the Park Cultural Center in this town.

The theatrical events dubbed "Theater and Fairy Tales" are organized by a municipal public cultural institution "Herceg Fest" and will last through 30 April. Serbian plays "Fairy Tale Addict" ("Bajkoholik") and children's play "Fairy Tales of My Childhood" will be part of the program.
