Screening of the movie "Santa Maria della Salute" inaugurated, for the twelfth time round, an event called "Serbian Cultural Days in Timișoara", organized by the Association of Serbs in Romania, in cooperation with the Consulate-General of Serbia in Timișoara, and under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture of Romania and the Ministry of Culture and Information of Serbia, on 1 November 2017. The event's programme envisages holding of various cultural activities, demonstrating the creativity of the Serbian national minority in Romania and contributing to the preservation of national identity.

Acting Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Aca Jovanovic and Acting Assistant Director of the Office for Cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region Rastko Jankovic presented a donation consisting of textbooks and teaching materials intended for both students and teachers in Romania for the 2017/2018 school year, at the Serbian Theoretical High School Dositej Obradovic.
