On the occasion of 24 May, Bulgarian Education and Culture and Slavonic Literature Day, the Head of the Department of International Cultural, Educational, Scientific, Technological and Sports Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Ms. Dragana Vujic, attended a ceremony of paying tribute to the brothers Cyril and Methodius and to their work.

On that occasion, Ms. Vujic, on behalf of the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, laid a wreath at the monument to Cyril and Methodius in Belgrade's Vukov Park.

Wreaths were also laid at the monument by representatives of the Ministry of Culture and Information, City of Belgrade, embassies of Slavic countries, associations and by citizens.
