On 22 June 2016, the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Prague, in cooperation with the Bulgarian Cultural Institute and the French Institute, organized the screening of documentary film about Emir Kusturica “Portray of the Balkan’s Bad Boy” in Prague. The premiere of this documentary, made by the Bulgarian directors Georgi Toshev and Yavor Vesselinov, was opened by the Ambassadors of the Republic of Serbia and Bulgaria in Prague, Vera Mavric and Latchezar Petkov, respectively. After the screening, the audience engaged in an open debate with director Georgi Toshev on the creative experience and significance of Serbian director Kusturica in the world of movie-making. The event, organized at the French Institute, followed by an appropriate cocktail, drew significant attention of the Serbian and Bulgarian communities in the Czech Republic, Czech guests and the diplomatic corps.
