Political relations:
Minister of Foreign Affairs I. Mrkic met, on 24th September 2013, with Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Omani Minister for Foreign Affairs, on the fringes of the UN General Assembly session. A procedure for opening the Muscat Diplomatic Office of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Cairo was initiated.
Economic relations:
From January to August 2013, Serbian exports amounted to € 844 thousand, and imports to € 486 thousand.
