Relations between Serbia and Laos are traditionally good and friendly, noting an upward trend since 2011.
Visits
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Laos Mr. Saleumxay Kommasith in the margins of the Baku Non-Aligned Movement Ministerial Conference in 2018. The then Foreign Minister I. Mrkic visited Laos in 2013 (first high-level visit in the last decade).
Economic relations:
In the 2017 total import from Laos amounted to 233 thousand euros. There were no records of Serbian export.
