Political relations:

The latest meeting held on the margins of international conferences was between the two Foreign Ministers in February 2012, in Geneva. The Minister for Cooperation with the Islamic World of the Republic of Cameroon attended the Commemorative Ministerial Meeting of the NAM in Belgrade, in September 2011.

Economic relations:

In 2012, Serbian exports amounted to € 1.4 million, and imports to € 500 000.
